By accessing or using Huby ("the Service") at huby.my, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Huby is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a personalized page containing multiple links. We offer a Free plan and a paid Premium plan with additional features.
3. Accounts
To use Huby, you must:
- Provide an accurate email address and choose a unique username.
- Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Huby to:
- Share illegal content or links to illegal materials.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or scams.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without prior notice.
5. Content ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you add to your Huby page (links, titles, profile information). By using the Service, you grant Huby a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content on our platform solely to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service.
6. Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Availability and modifications
We strive to keep Huby available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will notify users of significant changes where possible.
8. Usernames
Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or violate trademark rights, with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huby and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Huby is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
